So hard to find good people in the trades these days, but Jack is the best and is saved in my phone for any future plumbing needs. Just fantastic.

I had a major leak under my kitchen sink. I found Jack Ward Plumbing on Yelp, gave him a call (because he had great reviews) and I am so glad I did. Jack came quickly and determined my Kohler faucet needed to be replaced. Instead of trying to sell me a new one, he knew I was entitled to a brand new faucet under their warranty. He called Kohler and arranged the whole thing! When the new faucet arrived, I called him back and he came in just a couple of days. The installation was great and I now have a beautiful, new Kohler faucet thanks to Jack. I only had to pay for his time which was very reasonable. I highly recommend Jack Ward Plumbing and would use them again in a heart beat!
